You will translate insights into actionable requirements, set roadmaps, and collaborate across engineering, UX, data science, analytics, and support teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, rigorous prioritization, and leadership in ambiguous situations, with strong opportunities to mentor juniors and shape product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related role.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and IT processes.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for verticals, aligning with company goals.
• Translate customer insights into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Prioritize backlog and plan 6–12 month initiatives with high autonomy.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, analytics and support teams.
• Define KPIs and link performance to business outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders up to CL8 level to ensure alignment.
• Optimize resources and recommend strategic next steps.
• Apply data-driven frameworks to complex problems and decide on A/B tests vs experiments.
