Job summary

Allegro in Poznań is seeking a passionate and proactive Product Manager focused on merchant experience and catalog quality. You will own the Partner Listing area, shape strategies, and drive data‑driven improvements across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and new markets.

Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, data analysts, UX researchers and stakeholders to validate problems and deliver solutions. Your daily work includes framing problems, discovering and delivering, and aligning with business

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in AI/ML solutions (not a must, but beneficial given our strategic direction to leverage AI for data extraction, enrichment, compliance, and name quality assessment).

Responsibilities

• Understanding and defining the critical problems faced by merchants, translating into opportunities to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Owning the problem space and the solutions with cross-functional engineering teams to discover, design, and deliver solutions.
• Defining the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes.
• Driving continuous product discovery and delivery within the Partner Listing domain, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks.
• Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Delivering impactful outcomes for merchants by leading an empowered, cross-functional product team.
• Proactively running continuous product discovery to identify opportunities and define success metrics.
