Pega Poland is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Pega Cloud Infrastructure to own a defined infrastructure product area focused on cloud networking, security, and Kubernetes platform capabilities across AWS and GCP. This maternity cover role is hybrid and based in Kraków.

• Experience owning complex technical product work in a cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and Kubernetes platform products.
• Ability to translate technical inputs into clear priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, prioritization, requirements, and delivery alignment for the infrastructure product area.
• Build and maintain an evidence-based roadmap and backlog across AWS and GCP.
• Partner with engineering, cloud operations, SRE, and security to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Ensure decisions align with controls and translate needs into clear priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate priorities, dependencies, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
