Job summary

PepsiCo Poland in Kraków is seeking a senior DevOps with 7+ years of experience to lead cloud architecture, security, and platform engineering for the Global dCommerce Team. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or SRE, in senior/lead roles.
• Strong production experience on AWS and Azure platforms.
• Proven ability to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven DevOps and observability tools.
• Advanced Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitOps practices.
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure with Terraform.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS).
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, plus GitOps workflows.
• Embed security into CI/CD for shift-left security.
• Leverage AI tooling to optimize infrastructure automation and code reviews.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
• Own networking foundations: VPNs, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, DNS.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production reliability.
