Qualifications

• Senior level with extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale cloud environments.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, management, security, managed services) and cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and programming for automation (Python or Go).
• Strong Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of DevOps/Platform Engineering principles and proactive improvement of engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor colleagues and drive technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Own cloud engineering projects end-to-end from design through implementation.
• Design and develop Kubernetes platforms, including managed services.
• Automate provisioning and deployment using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams and promote DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on cloud solutions and architecture.
• Support applications in cloud/Kubernetes environments and implement observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Apply cloud-native security practices and explore AI agent integrations to enhance workflows.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and participate in on-call rotations.
