Job summary

InPost is building a Cloud Center of Excellence to own the cloud foundation for the engineering organization. You will design architecture, automation and governance that other teams leverage, treating infrastructure as a product with real ownership over cloud strategy.

You will work on design docs, cross-team forums and leadership discussions to shape scalable cloud foundations across Poland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GCP and cloud-native platforms.
• Production Kubernetes experience including networking and tenancy.
• Terraform module authoring experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals (VPC, CIDR, DNS).
• Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOC2/ PCI-DSS).
• GitOps tooling and workflows.
• Observability stack: metrics, logging, tracing.
• Ability to write and defend design documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP.
• Build guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance.
• Create reusable infrastructure enabling self-service provisioning.
• Define cloud governance: IAM strategies and policy-as-code.
• Write design documents and represent divisions in leadership forums.
