• Create PRDs with features and acceptance criteria for managed services.
• Define product roadmaps and oversee lifecycle of services (managed, advisory, support).
• Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to simplify offerings.
• Define product vision in collaboration with stakeholders and align with market needs.
• Monitor metrics, revenue outcomes, and feedback to reduce churn and improve value.
