Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst to transform business ideas into successful digital products. You will lead discovery with stakeholders, define clear product requirements, and guide delivery from concept to release, working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires guiding backlogs, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating across teams in complex environments. Some travel to the Middle East is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, BA, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong requirements elicitation, business analysis, and process modeling skills.
• Proven ability to lead discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and SDLC understanding.

Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst (Middle East)

As a Product Manager / Business Analyst, you will help clients turn business ideas into successful digital products and solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and decision-makers, you will lead discovery activities, define product requirements, and ensure business goals are translated into clear priorities and actionable outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping solutions from concept through delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities to understand business objectives and user needs
• Translate business challenges into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring priorities align with business goals and delivery objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA engineers, and UX/UI specialists throughout the product lifecycle
• Support product planning, scope definition, release preparation, and decision-making activities
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and facilitate stakeholder feedback and acceptance
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities, proactively driving resolution and alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management and business analysis practices across projects

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar client-facing role
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution definition
• Proven ability to lead discovery activities, workshops, and stakeholder discussions in complex environments
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product delivery processes
• Practical experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and creating acceptance criteria
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools
• Availability to travel to the Middle East for up to two weeks per month
