- Build strong working relationships with project sponsors and senior stakeholders, maintaining alignment across functions and priorities
- Take ownership of delivery issues, bringing stakeholders together and driving decisions through to resolution
- Constructively challenge plans, assumptions, or decisions that put delivery at risk
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and third-party suppliers
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resources, and commercial considerations
- Ensure risk, compliance, and control requirements are embedded into project delivery
- Lead project change management, assessing the impact of changes on scope, cost, timeline, and outcomes
- Provide clear, commercially aware reporting to sponsors, senior management, and governance forums
- Lead business readiness, implementation, and go-live activities through to successful transition
- Apply the most appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) depending on project requirements
Requirements
