Job summary

Element is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive multiple ML-driven products, shaping roadmaps across their lifecycle. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to ensure successful development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT or similar field is required.
• Background in data science, product management, ML, or AI is expected.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML product roles.
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, models, and algorithms.
• Basic programming knowledge, e.g., Python.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple products, product lines, and production management.
• Contribute to roadmaps based on product lifecycle and data analysis.
• Develop and manage new products to ensure market success.
• Assist teams in data analysis to support development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on AI/ML delivery.
• Work with engineering and product leaders to align development.
• Define data/annotation strategies for ML projects.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog reviews.
• Monitor data quality issues, missing data, and output accuracy.
• Ensure ML capabilities meet all requirements.
• Oversee ML pipelines and tooling development and maintenance.
• Identify ML use cases and business opportunities.
