Job summary

Synerise in Kraków is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Customer Data Platform and Integrations within our AI, Automation & Big Data platform. You will shape the vision and drive execution, collaborating with engineering, design, and client-facing teams to deliver data-driven features.

You should have 5+ years in product management, strong API and data analytics skills, and the ability to balance technical depth with user-centric thinking.

• 5+ years of product-management experience bringing AI-driven, data-centric products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.

Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Managerto join our Product Team. In this role, we’re looking for a unique combination of strong technical expertise and solid product management skills.

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Lead Your Product Area: Serve as the product leader for your domain, owning the vision and execution of the Customer Data Platform and Integrations (Plugins, API, SDKs) within our AI, Automation & Big Data platform. Shape it so that our users can fully leverage customer data and seamless integrations to maximize value and enable powerful, flexible extensions.

• Full-spectrum Product Management: Engage in every aspect of product management-not just backlog management-but including strategy, planning, execution, and market introduction.

• Engage with Clients and Users: Interact with users and clients to understand their needs, present product features, and gather feedback to enhance our solutions.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and implementation teams to bring products from concept to market. Align with other product teams to meet market needs and company goals.
