Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to own the product metrics framework in a fully remote, international setup.

You will partner with Product and leadership to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and design experiments that drive growth and improved customer experience. The role emphasizes translating data into actionable insights, anomaly investigation, and influencing prioritization across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field
• Proven experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems
• Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization skills

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, locked definitions and north-star focus.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations with product leads to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to uncover bottlenecks, segments and growth patterns.
• Validate hypotheses through quantitative analysis and help prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with proper sample sizes, detectability, and guardrails.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and ensure proper instrumentation.
• Maintain an archive of experiments and produce actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify data quality issues before decisions are made.
