You will support the entire experimentation lifecycle, code and analyze growth workstreams, and collaborate with Product Development and Data Science teams to optimize metrics and user experience.

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering and data-driven growth mindset.
• Experience with JSON and JavaScript; SQL is a bonus.
• Understanding of experimental design and statistical significance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end growth experimentation processes.
• Code, analyze, and work across Growth workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate experiment launches and QA with product and data science teams.
• Translate winning experiments across languages and platforms.
• Peer-review Growth code and assist in experiment analysis.
