Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd in CET-friendly time zone is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels. You will partner with Product, Marketing (UAM), and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV—while ensuring trusted tracking, strong data models, and decision-ready reporting.

This hands-on, cross-functional role will own analysis from problem framing to recommendations, and you’ll mentor analysts while collaborating with Data

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, math, economics or related field.
• 3+ years as a Data Analyst with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identify trends in large datasets.
• Excellent communication to translate analysis into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards (Product/Marketing reports) for clear insights.
• Deliver full-funnel analyses and propose improvements or A/B ideas.
• Mentor junior analysts in SQL, funnel analysis, and experimentation quality.
• Maintain event taxonomy and tracking alignment with business logic.
