iRESTORE is seeking a sharp, impact-driven Data Analyst to partner with Growth and shape key revenue decisions. Turn raw data into clear recommendations on CAC, LTV, payback, forecasting, and experimentation. Proficient SQL and connecting marketing to investments are essential.

This is a fully remote independent contractor role with flexible hours. You will work with the Head of Data and VP of Growth, delivering executive-ready dashboards and influencing millions in marketing spend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics or related analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, window functions, cohort analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience with Google BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Experience building executive dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI.
• Strong understanding of DTC/e‑commerce unit economics: CM, CAC, LTV, refunds, payback.
• Experience analyzing performance marketing data across Meta, Google Ads, Shopify.
• Strong forecasting, scenario modelling, and financial analysis skills.
• Able to isolate drivers, quantify impact, and make clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue and contribution margin by channel and geography.
• Quantify drivers behind revenue and margin changes (CAC, refunds, discounts).
• Evaluate channel economics including LTV, payback, and cohort retention.
• Build cohort refund curves, retention analyses, and payback models.
• Forecast revenue for promotions, pricing experiments, and seasonal changes.
• Develop dashboards focused on revenue vs plan, CM, and channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineer to improve models and data quality.
• Use AI tools to accelerate SQL development and reporting.
