Job summary

OSCE in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Procurement Assistant (G6) to manage procurement activities across value levels and ensure timely delivery. The role reports to the Procurement Officer and focuses on process integrity and efficient sourcing.

The incumbent also serves as the departmental focal point for IRMA and acts as Oracle Super User, supporting staff with ToR/TS, bid preparations, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and processing tender invitations (RFP/ITB/RFQ).
• Ability to advise internal clients with ToR and Technical Specifications (TS).
• Review procurement requests for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run procurement processes for goods and services through high, medium and low value purchases.
• Act as departmental focal point for IRMA and Oracle Super User.
• Provide support to programmatic staff with ToR/TS and bid preparations.
