Job summary
Thales in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle SCM Functional Analyst to join our ERP team and support critical Supply Chain processes within Oracle E-Business Suite. You will act as the functional expert collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and external service providers to ensure stable operations and effective adoption of Oracle capabilities.
Responsibilities include supporting OM and Service Contracts, guiding users, translating requirements into functional solutions,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS applications.
- Strong expertise in Oracle OM and OKS.
- Experience with ERP projects and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Oracle INV, QP, WSH, or CSI is a plus.
- English communication and stakeholder management required.
Responsibilities
- Act as functional expert for Oracle EBS OM and Service Contracts modules.
- Guide users and project teams on Oracle solutions and best practices.
- Translate requirements into functional solutions and document them.
- Support testing activities and facilitate system enhancements.
- Contribute to ERP modernization and Fusion transformation initiatives.
