Job summary

Benefit Street Partners (BSP), part of Franklin Templeton, seeks a Portfolio Analytics Senior Associate to join our Poznań team. You will own monthly AUM reporting for US and European funds, support illiquid lending reporting, and help improve data workflows.

This role blends financial analysis with data integrity work, requires 3+ years in portfolio analytics or related field and a finance degree, and offers exposure to cross-regional reporting in a growing global team.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in portfolio analytics, fund accounting, investment operations or a related financial services role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline.
Strong grounding in financial data, with familiarity with financial statements and investment performance metrics.
Working understanding of databases and data flows, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate issues clearly to technical colleagues.
Comfortable using dashboards and reporting tools, with an interest in technology and its application to financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare, validate, and deliver monthly AUM reporting for U.S. and European funds, including analysis of fund flows and drivers of AUM movements.
Reconcile reporting data against underlying records, investigate material variances, and maintain consistent reporting definitions, controls, and data integrity.
Support reporting and data analysis for illiquid direct lending funds, including performance reporting, portfolio monitoring, and data reconciliations.
Partner with Business Development and Investor Relations teams to prepare fund statistics, respond to investor inquiries, and provide ad hoc reporting and data support.
Run, monitor, and optimize existing reporting workflows, investigate issues across source systems, databases, and reporting tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data controls, document procedures, and help establish scalable and consistent reporting practices across regions.
