Point72 Asset Management, L.P. is seeking to expand its Warsaw finance team, focusing on scalable fund reporting, and accurate interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds.

The role collaborates with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated reporting and drive data integrity. The team supports new fund launches, audits, and automation initiatives, fostering growth while upholding the firm’s high ethical

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting.
• 2+ years of work experience in public accounting or related roles.
• Experience in audit or accounting within financial services.
• Strong data analysis with large datasets and reconciling complex information.
• Excellent organizational skills under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with non-accounting stakeholders.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk.
• Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure.
• Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting.
• Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion.
• Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows.
• Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation.
• Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team
