Job summary

BNY in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior Specialist, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting to join our team. This role is located in Wroclaw and will support monitoring programs, prepare Trustee reports, and help streamline Safekeeping processes for AIFs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in regulatory or fund accounting, strong product knowledge in Private Equity/Real Estate, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business/legal preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Private Equity/Real Estate Depositary and/or Fund Accounting.
• Product knowledge: Private Equity/Real Estate/FOFs/Loans/OTC.
• Familiarity with Accounting reports, General Ledger and Trial Balance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High accuracy and professionalism.
• Proactive and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive monitoring program across Custodians and Fund Managers.
• Produce Trustee reports for funds for each period and/or year-end.
• Drive forward operational efficiencies and streamline Safekeeping processes for AIFs.
• Assist in training and developing team members using coaching skills.
• Provide feedback on performance to the Manager against objectives and development plans.
• Attend role-relevant courses when required.
• Review and complete various administrative duties within the team.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
