Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a regulatory reporting professional to coordinate N-PORT and N-MFP filings and other US/EMEA regulatory reports. The role includes SME coordination, oversight of service providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance deadlines.

The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the Kraków office per week, and opportunities to work with global funds management teams across regions.

Qualifications

  • Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience preferably with an investment adviser, public accounting firm or a financial services organization.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC and IRS standards as they apply to investment companies, partnerships and other fund structures.
  • Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g. UCITS V, AIFMD)
  • This role requires 3 days of office presence per week

Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-PORT filings
  • Review and coordinate gathering of responses for monthly N-MFP filings
  • Review and coordinate the completion and ultimate filing of fund regular and ad‑hoc regulatory reports and questionnaires
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and best practice standards with regards to existing and new regulatory filings
  • Assist team in the oversight of the funds’ service providers
  • Be aware of accounting policies
  • Assist team in the documentation of guidelines, policies and procedures
