Job summary

ADP, a global leader in human capital management, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist in Poland to process payroll for multinational clients in line with local law and ADP practices.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations, coordinate with client contacts, produce year-end reports, support testing and training, and contribute to process improvements. Fluent English and Polish required; strong MS Office and ADP tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Polish payroll processing.
• Advanced knowledge of Polish law and regulations.
• Fluent in Polish with strong English communication (B2).
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and ADP tools.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for clients according to country legislation and ADP standards.
• Produce year-end statutory reports and related filings.
• Participate in testing, validation, and product updates as needed.
• Liaise daily with client contacts for payroll topics and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain payroll documentation and process templates.
• Provide training support and contribute to process improvements.
• Support ongoing process/business improvement initiatives.
