Job summary

ADP Poland is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to process payroll for clients according to Polish law and act as primary contact for payroll topics. The role requires up-to-date knowledge of statutory legislation and ADP tools.

You will handle end-to-end payroll cycles, produce year-end reports, participate in system testing and support client inquiries in English and Polish. A stable contract and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Polish payroll processing and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in English (B2) and Polish (C1) communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and ADP tooling.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll according to country legislation and ADP processes.
• Produce year-end statutory reports for clients.
• Participate in testing and validation for product updates and configurations.
• Liaise with client contacts for payroll topics in required languages.
• Maintain payroll documentation and templates in line with procedures.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
