DGS Diagnostics in Rosówek, Poland, invites a Senior Project Manager to lead complex global Operations projects across sites and functions. You will drive planning, governance, and change management with senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery of strategic initiatives and measurable business impact.

Hybrid role with ~80% on-site and international travel, collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to embed continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Excellence, Operational Transformation, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Projects within an international organization.
• Proven experience in global manufacturing environments and delivering multi-site projects.
• Professional working proficiency in English for international collaboration.
• Proven track record leading global, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global Operations projects involving multiple sites, functions, and stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in project management, focusing on planning, change management, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives from concept through implementation with measurable business impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to define project priorities, governance, risks, and success criteria.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic international environment.
• Establish project plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation for successful delivery.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure realization of business benefits.
• Support Continuous Improvement with Lean principles and structured problem solving where relevant.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop practical corrective actions.
