Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Process Expert to advance our manufacturing capabilities. You will define manufacturing best practices, develop process specifications, and drive DFx initiatives.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Production, IT and R&D, lead PFMEA and Control Plans, optimize assembly processes, and use data analytics to identify process improvements. Hybrid work model offered (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DfX, PFMEA, Control Plans and process optimization.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Composer).
• Experience developing jigs, fixtures, and material handling equipment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing process definitions and work elements.
• Apply DFx to optimize product design and manufacturing robustness.
• Define assembly processes and methods.
• Develop PFMEA and control plans to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to transfer from design to production.
• Use data analytics for strategic process improvements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
