Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Skawina, Poland, is seeking a Staff Project Engineer, Manufacturing for an 18-month contract. Hybrid work model with onsite presence in a highly regulated manufacturing environment to drive automation projects.

You will lead complex automation initiatives, validate processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability across manufacturing operations. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably MedTech or regulated industries.
Experience with process validation and PPAP methodologies.
Experience implementing new manufacturing processes or automated lines.
Strong GD&T knowledge and use of quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE).
Experience with industrial automation technologies including robotics and machine vision.
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering and automation projects from concept to implementation.
Provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations as SME in automation.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues using structured problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance process performance and product quality.
Define user requirements, evaluate suppliers, and lead validation and documentation.
