Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to own platform frameworks and cross-functional planning across product, engineering, and operations. You’ll coordinate 2–3 product teams, drive end-to-end initiatives, and ensure execution with a focus on scalability and automation.

You’ll champion clear communication, accountability, and structured roadmaps, influencing without direct authority while delivering impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment with a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations or a similar operations-heavy role.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives or acting as a connector between multiple teams.
• Experience working in platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling (beneficial).
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with project management and planning cycles.
• Familiarity with automation, documentation, and system thinking approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own platform framework ownership and alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Own projects end-to-end and drive execution across product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Plan quarterly cycles and roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Build systems, documentation, and automations to reduce manual work at scale.
• Get commitments from other teams and ensure due dates are met across organizational lines.
