Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a delivery stream-aligned engineering team responsible for the platform used by Application Development teams worldwide. The role focuses on aligning the technical estate with strategy, ensuring efficient delivery with best-practice approaches, and maintaining an evergreen development platform.

You will work with multiple groups to enforce standards, help upskill teams, and deliver infrastructure and tooling to projects while meeting

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and build/release pipelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce standards and evolve platform capabilities.
Ensure delivery streams utilize tooling effectively and upskill teams on platform tools.
Deliver lifecycle changes to keep the development platform supported and evergreen.
Assist teams in designing systems meeting Non-Functional Requirements (reliability, robustness, maintainability).
Troubleshoot platform and tooling issues with Central Platforms team as needed.
Develop and propagate best practices for infrastructure and tooling across engineering teams.
