Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Platform team in Kraków. You will help build the cloud-native backbone powering our development ecosystem, focusing on scalable platform services, IaC, and DevOps automation.

You will mentor peers, implement observability and AI-augmented workflows, and collaborate across engineering to raise speed and quality. Join a stable, fast-moving environment that values ownership and practical action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong C# and .NET.
• Hands-on Azure experience and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Agile teamwork, strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable platform services and developer tooling on .NET and Azure.
• Lead IaC components to automate cloud infrastructure.
• Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across teams.
• Collaborate to create reusable capabilities to speed up development.
• Add observability and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Identify improvements, experiment, and deliver with bias to action.
• Contribute to AI/ML integration in platform services.
