Job summary

Attio, the CRM for ambitious go-to-market teams, is hiring Platform Engineers to own our infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines. You will ensure reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness as we scale in a real-time, AI-native stack.

You will work on Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud pipelines, own CI/CD, observability, and SLOs, collaborating with product engineering to reduce toil and deliver robust services for customers in Poland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with production systems and SRE practices.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes at scale.
• Proficient in one of TypeScript/Go/Python/Rust for automation.
• Experience with centralized logging and APM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build platform infrastructure as code with Terraform, Kubernetes, and GCP.
• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for fast and secure deploys.
• Own observability stack with metrics, logging, distributed tracing.
• Define and monitor SLOs, manage capacity within them.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with product engineering to reduce toil.
