Job summary

Talanto in Kraków is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of IT experience to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, and to build scalable CI/CD pipelines in an international environment.

The role emphasizes IaC, automation, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, plus monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Application Insights to ensure secure, available deployments and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with DevOps.
• Hands-on Azure services experience.
• Strong Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Git version control knowledge.
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Azure environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost.
