Job summary

Talanto in Kraków seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive the Engineering Platform team, delivering foundational services in .NET and Azure. You will set direction, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure solutions across cloud-native platforms.

You will shape architecture, promote DevOps, implement IaC with Terraform/Bicep, and drive high-performance CI/CD while exploring AI/ML-enabled improvements for developer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with C# and .NET.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience (networking, compute, identity, automation).
• Lead technical projects and set architectural direction.
• Hands-on with IaC (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD automation.
• Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of platform services and tooling.
• Define and evolve cloud-native architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with managers, senior engineers, and architects to align strategy.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Identify system improvements to boost productivity and reliability.
• Promote observability, automation, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
