Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior DevOps Technical Lead in Poland to define standards, tooling and ways of working across engineering estates. You’ll drive modern DevOps practices, containerisation, Kubernetes adoption, CI/CD maturity, and observability to raise productivity at scale.

You’ll lead across multiple teams, shape release pipelines, define reusable patterns, and create lasting impact by bringing structure and collaboration to complex environments, with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps lead with cross-team experience.
• Experience building standards and tooling across large estates.
• Hands-on leader with strong automation background.
• Proficient in Linux environments (RHEL preferred).
