ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to raise the bar on how we ship, not just what we ship. You will own features across the full stack—React frontends, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure—from design through production.

Join a small team that builds Mesh, ZoomInfo's internal AI platform, and mentor engineers while shaping AI agents, orchestration workflows, and real-time integrations in a fast-moving cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building reliable, scalable systems.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with React/TypeScript and backend services.
• Proven cloud-native development in GCP and Kubernetes.
• Solid SQL/NoSQL knowledge including Postgres, MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience owning production systems, incident response and outages.
• Commitment to software quality, testing and code reviews.
• Security-conscious approach to design and operations.
• Clear, proactive communication in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Own features across the full stack from design through production.
• Respond to production incidents and ship fixes quickly.
• Build and improve core platform capabilities: AI agents, orchestration workflows, microapp infra, LLM integrations.
• Develop SDKs and tooling for engineers building on Mesh.
• Champion quality and reliability with tests and coverage.
• Collaborate across teams and support users via Slack channels.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
