Job summary

Asteri AI, Inc. is seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale core capabilities across backend services and frontend interfaces that power our AI-native enterprise platform. This hands-on role offers meaningful ownership of production systems used by large customers.

You will work on systems at the intersection of enterprise workflows, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop processes with a focus on reliability, clarity, and usability. Remote-friendly culture encouraged.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production web apps.
• Experience with secure enterprise applications in regulated contexts.
• Strong API design and relational DB skills (Postgres).
• Solid testing, code review, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience deploying apps in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to own end-to-end projects in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable full-stack systems including backend APIs and frontend apps.
• Build and evolve backend services with well-documented APIs and high reliability.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences showing workflows and insights.
• Implement orchestration logic coordinating humans and AI with SLAs and auditability.
• Integrate enterprise tools and data sources to support end-to-end workflows.
• Ensure production readiness with CI/CD, tests, monitoring, and ops best practices.
• Collaborate with product, AI, platform teams and customers to translate requirements.
