Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Engineering Platform team to build the cloud-native backbone powering Relativity’s development ecosystem. You will enable scalable, secure platform services, developer tooling, and AI/ML integration in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation using Terraform, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global teams to raise the bar on reliability and performance across our cloud-native stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong Azure services expertise and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Azure.
• Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistency.
• Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem.
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results with a bias toward action.
• Contribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows.
