Job summary

Cast AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agent Platform team. You will design and build distributed systems that run fleets of AI agents across cloud and self-hosted environments with security at its core.

You will own features end-to-end, from design to production rollout, working with product and other engineering teams. Strong Go or TypeScript experience, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and a remote-first culture are needed.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Go or TypeScript.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• You've driven a complex project end-to-end.
• (Agent Platform) Kubernetes internals, virtualization, networking and security is a strong plus.
