You will work remotely from Poland, collaborating with a cross-functional team to prevent issues before go-live and to support customers after implementation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation, hands-on SQL tuning, and experience with Java
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Unit4 Financials by Coda.
- Experience with AI productivity tools and automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Tuning and monitoring Unit4 Financials performance pre- and post go-live.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across new and existing implementations.
- Develop proactive monitoring and remediation of performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with information security requirements.
