Job summary

Unit4 in Poland is seeking a Senior Performance & Optimisation Specialist to tune Unit4 Financials by Coda, both pre- and post go-live. The role is remote from Poland and focuses on improving system performance and proactive monitoring.

You will troubleshoot issues across new implementations and BAU, develop monitoring, apply SQL tuning, and work with Java containers in Azure SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Unit4 Financials by Coda (mandatory).
• 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment.
• Ability to perform database tuning with SQL and indexes.

Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after go-live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new and existing implementations (BAU).
• Develop proactive monitoring and remediation of performance issues.
• Maintain optimal performance through continuous tuning and processes.
• Adhere to the company's information security requirements.

Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by CodaPre and Post Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations (Project) and existing implementations (BAU) ofUnit4 Financials byCoda,thisincludesTechnical and Application aspects.
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring,detectionand remediation of performance issues.
• Develop proactive, continuous performance tuning andprocessestomaintainoptimalperformance levels.
• Comply withthe Company's information security requirements and all Company business procedures and policies.

Team Context

• One of three in the U4F by Coda team, alongside a Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant and a Database Administrator.
• Together you deliver proactive performance and technical support before and after go live.

Location - this role is fully remote from Poland.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge oftheUnit4 Financials by Codaapplication (mandatory).
• 5+ years in customer success, performance optimisation.
• Hands on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• AI enabled productivity improvement and a sharp instinct for spotting automation opportunities.
• Previousexperience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment.
• Ability to performdatabase tuningworking with SQL queries, indexes, statistics, databaseviews.
• Understanding ofdatabase replication.
• Understanding ofweb servicesand extension kit flows.
• ExperienceofJava based application and Java containers(JBOSS, Wildfly).
• Experience implementing systems intoSaaS Azure infrastructures.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking conceptsand protocols.
