Unit4 NV in Poland is seeking a Senior Performance & Optimisation Specialist to tune Unit4 Financials by Coda and ensure fast, reliable deployments across projects and BAU.

You will work in a remotely located Poland team, collaborating with backend and ERP specialists to monitor performance, implement proactive optimisations, and safeguard security while delivering value to customers.

Formación

• Proven experience with Unit4 Financials by Coda
• 5+ years in customer success or performance optimisation
• Experience with SQL tuning and database replication
• Experience deploying to SaaS Azure environments
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking

Responsabilidades

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda pre- and post-go-live
• Troubleshoot performance issues across implementations (project and BAU)
• Develop enhanced monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues
• Drive proactive performance tuning to maintain optimal levels
• Ensure compliance with information security policies

Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by CodaPre and Post Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations (Project) and existing implementations (BAU) ofUnit4 Financials byCoda,thisincludesTechnical and Application aspects.
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring,detectionand remediation of performance issues.
• Develop proactive, continuous performance tuning andprocessestomaintainoptimalperformance levels.
• Comply withthe Company's information security requirements and all Company business procedures and policies.

Team Context

• One of three in the U4F by Coda team, alongside a Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant and a Database Administrator.
• Together you deliver proactive performance and technical support before and after go live.

Location - this role is fully remote from Poland.

Qualifications

Experience, Skills

• Good working knowledge oftheUnit4 Financials by Codaapplication (mandatory).
• 5+ years in customer success, performance optimisation.
• Hands on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• AI enabled productivity improvement and a sharp instinct for spotting automation opportunities.
• Previousexperience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment.
• Ability to performdatabase tuningworking with SQL queries, indexes, statistics, databaseviews.
• Understanding ofdatabase replication.
• Understanding ofweb servicesand extension kit flows.
• ExperienceofJava based application and Java containers(JBOSS, Wildfly).
• Experience implementing systems intoSaaS Azure infrastructures.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking conceptsand protocols.
