Job summary

KittySpout is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, and management of the full creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct-response ads. The role targets ongoing scale across paid channels with a heavy emphasis on performance metrics and a robust AI stack.

You will collaborate directly with the founders, drive high-volume, high-quality creatives weekly, and leverage data to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Deep DTC experience with proof of brands and spend levels.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for direct response campaigns.
• Runs a current AI stack in production for creative testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end VSL briefs: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Collaborate with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
