Job summary

Samsung in Warsaw seeks an experienced HR BP who will blend traditional HR duties with AI-driven improvements to HR processes, designing practical AI use cases.

You will support managers on employee relations and labor law, implement HR processes, coordinate performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.

This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) with exposure to international projects and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with focus on soft HR processes.
• Practical experience implementing AI/automation solutions.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured AI workflows.
• Knowledge of the IT market and complex automation scenarios (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to managers on employee relations and labor law matters.
• Implement HR processes, policies, and standards within your dedicated business area.
• Coordinate cyclical HR processes, including annual performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning.
• Support the implementation of business and organizational changes and lead selected HR initiatives.
• Identify HR processes that can be optimized through AI and automation.
• Design and implement practical AI use cases and workflows to solve real-world business needs.
• Promote the secure and responsible use of AI tools among managers and employees.
