Job summary

Helprise seeks a People Analytics & Transformation Consultant to bridge data analytics with HR transformation for national and international clients. You will work on both technical data preparation and consulting tasks to convert insights into actionable business recommendations.

In this role, you will design data-driven solutions, build dashboards with Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives while embracing flexible, hybrid work arrangements in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, People Analytics or related field.
• Experience with HR, workforce or organizational data is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support People Analytics and HR transformation projects for national and international clients.
• Work with HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, transform and integrate data from different HR and business sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions, preferably using Power BI.
• Use SQL, Python and Excel to manipulate, analyse and structure data.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, practical business recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design and data-driven transformation topics.
