EY GDS Poland is seeking a seasoned Global Procurement Assistant Director - Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive the reporting and analytics strategy across Global Procurement. Qualifications
- At least 10 years in Procurement, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Experience delivering reporting solutions and analytics in global procurement environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with automation, AI and data governance is desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; procurement/supply chain analytics certifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Global Procurement Reporting & Analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Leverage reporting to deliver high-quality, timely analytics aligned to KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leverage AI/automation to enhance reporting.
- Work with technical teams to strengthen data foundation, architecture, and governance.
- Develop dashboards and data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for executives.
- Drive governance, standardisation, and continuous improvement across analytics.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on analytics tech and AI advancements to enhance capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing reporting and analytics team.
