Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Structuring Configuration Engineer to architect digital BOMs for Steam Turbine and Generator lines.

You will align engineering design with manufacturing needs, driving data integrity across PLM and ERP, and coordinating regional technical efforts in Central Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and push standardized workflows to optimize data transfer and minimize configuration errors, while balancing local plant needs with global

Qualifications

• Common PDE or Systems Engineering experience in a complex industrial setting.
• Strong background in product structure management and BOMs.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring teammates.
• Proficiency in English and Polish for cross-border collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate PLM and ERP data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical definition and maintenance of BOMs for Steam Turbine and Generator components.
• Drive data flows between PLM and ERP to maintain a continuous digital thread.
• Act as primary technical contact for Central Europe manufacturing sites.
• Develop and audit standardized processes to reduce configuration errors.
• Bridge Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to deliver manufacturing-ready data.
• Provide mentorship and drive adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
• Enforce data quality standards to support downstream order management.
