Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technology Center in Poland seeks a PLM and Engineering Tools Implementation Specialist to drive the PLM ecosystem, linking design, data management and manufacturing execution. You will help establish a robust digital thread from mechanical design through PLM to MES, enabling automation and data consistency across sites.

Role combines PLM implementation, engineering tools integration, mechanical engineering expertise and data management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Experience with engineering tools ecosystem / CAD (Creo preferred).
• PLM implementation or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM implementation and tool integration projects.
• Maintain PLM operations and data quality.
• Act as PLM expert for mechanical engineering domain.
• Support CAD data management and BOM alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, factories and IT to enable factory automation.
