Magic, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Paid Search Manager to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, overseeing a multi-campaign structure and large monthly budgets. You will drive strategy, optimization, and growth with a data-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with analytics, creative, and landing page teams to maximize ROAS, manage bidding and testing, and report insights to leadership while operating remotely from Poland for ET-aligned collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on Paid Search (Google Ads & Bing) management.
• Budgets of $150K+ per month ($1.5M+ annually) with strict performance goals.
• Strong expertise in tROAS bidding, portfolio bid strategies, and dynamic value-based bidding.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts for high-volume revenue growth.
• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation for high-intent search, PMax, and Demand Gen channels.
• Structure and optimize Branded and Non-Branded campaigns with high relevance and quality scores.
• Scale Demand Gen campaigns across YouTube, Discover, and Gmail.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting.
• Ensure data integrity with conversion tracking, OCT, and attribution models.
