Assembly Poland is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead a team in delivering AI-powered paid search campaigns for clients. You will guide strategy, optimize performance, and manage client relationships to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with senior team members, stakeholders, and media partners to drive data-driven insights, reporting, and continuous improvement across campaigns.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven insights.
• Proactive in preventing issues and owning reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior/Account Executives to deliver paid search performance.
• Translate client briefs into paid search strategies and responses.
• Own client segments and build data-driven search strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, media owners, and tech partners to drive performance.
• Ensure tasks meet SLAs and maintain quality through the Assembly formula.
