Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget management, forecasting, reporting and optimisation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Client communication and strategic planning experience.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and SA360.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Oversee budgets, pacing, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
• Build strong client and partner relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Support the growth of Paid Search, including AI-powered solutions.
