Stagwell Media Digital Commerce is seeking a results-driven Paid Search Lead to join the Assembly Poland division. You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, shaping data-driven strategies to meet client goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior team members, oversee budgets, pacing and reporting, and explore AI-powered solutions to grow Paid Search.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget management, forecasting, reporting and optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Client communication and strategic planning experience.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and Search Ads 360.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and Search Ads 360.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
